TEAM BLUE NEEDS YOU!
Come be a part of the Ocean Explorium—join Team Blue or Blue Corps—our volunteer programs!
Information sessions and tours of the Explorium are held every Thursday at 10am. Please enter through the main entrance and let the staff at admissions know you are here to learn more about the Volunteer Program.
Team Blue is designed to offer adults hands-on learning and experience within all aspects of the Explorium. Dive in and learn about marine science, education, earth science and nonprofit operations.
Blue Corps offers opportunities similar to those available to Team Blue, but the programs have been tailored to suit students 10-17 years of age.
Click on the name of the program above or navigate through the drop down menu under the volunteer tab to learn more about each program.
Training sessions are provided upon acceptance to the volunteer program, and we ask for a minimum six-month commitment. We are flexible and offer university community-service rotations as well as short-term obligations.
For inquiries regarding community, corporate or university volunteer programs, please contact Jennifer Costa, Volunteer Coordinator jcosta@oceanexplorium.org
Volunteer forms are available at the admissions desk and online here.
