The Journey Begins… Help Us Lead the Way
The Ocean Explorium is becoming a vibrant center for understanding our world, a place that excites the mind! Thank you to our donors. Their belief and support has made this possible.

In 2008 we added Science on a Sphere®, Student Field Trips and Ocean Voice to our successful WOW Mobile, Project Oceanology and Teacher Training programs. In 2009 we added our living exhibits and we hosted the magnificent Hubble Space Telescope exhibit. In 2010 we continue to expand and add vibrant programs to downtown New Bedford.

We want to bring the joy of discovery to others, to cement the Ocean Explorium as a place that arouses curiosity and replenishes the mind, a place that inspires courageous solutions to the challenges of our times.

But our programs require support, and times are tough. Now, more than ever, we need to nurture and inspire. We need to give hope to our children, to provide them with the resources to learn, to help them become conscientious stewards of our planet.
