Costs and Reservations
Summer field trips are available at either a regular or reduced rate.

Reduced Rate Eligibility
Field trips are available at a reduced rate for schools in SouthCoast Massachusetts (Fall River through Wareham) with a free and reduced lunch rating of 25% or greater.  Deposit, Cancellation Fees and Bag Lunch Fees still apply.

Rates
Rates below are for a two hours experience; a longer field trip can be booked at an increased rate.  Please note, there is a $120 minimum required for booking any field trip. Chaperones, at a rate not to exceed one adult per six students, are free; additional adults are welcome to attend at the student rate.

Regular Rate
$12 per student

Reduced Rate
$6 per student

Deposit
A minimum of a $60 deposit is required to hold all field trips. The deposit will be applied to the total cost of your field trip. If the field trip is cancelled with less than 7 days notice, the deposit is non-refundable.

Bag Lunch Fee
$30—For groups up to 50 individuals (added cost for larger groups); groups are expected to bring their own bagged lunch to the Explorium.  The fee covers cleaning, set up, and break down of the space.
