Throughout our history we have taken both pleasure and profit from the waters that meet our shores and from the oceans beyond. But how much do we know about the sea and the forces that act upon it? How can we be wiser and more effective stewards of this wonderful resource? How can we meet the challenges and opportunities that face our friends and neighbors who make their living from the sea? How can we ensure that our children will both love the sea and embrace its critical role in their lives?

Volunteer at the Ocean Explorium!
Volunteers play an important role in what we do at the Ocean Explorium. As a non-profit organization, we depend on volunteers to help us deliver a unique and memorable experience to our community.
HAPPENINGS
Do you enjoy working with people? From Community Outreach to events at the Explorium -- we are looking for enthusiastic volunteers to help us on the front lines! You may be asked to "meet and greet" guests or "lift and load" for events. Tell us how you can help and if you are available on weekends and evenings!
ADMINISTRATION
Do you have one or two days to assist our administrative efforts at the Ocean Explorium? Our hours are Monday - Friday, 9-5.
