CITIZENS-UNION SAVINGS BANK
NEIGHBORHOOD CONTRIBUTIONS PROGRAM

The Ocean Explorium is pleased to be among the 34 organizations in the greater New Bedford area selected to participate in the Citizens-Union Savings Bank Neighborhood Contributions Program. Citizens-Union will officially launch the program on September 14, 2010, during the Grand Opening of their newest branch, at 1000 Ashley Boulevard in New Bedford.

Through October 16, 2010, visitors to the new branch will be encouraged to vote for their favorite non-profit organization. The list of organizations includes a variety of arts and cultural venues, educational institutions, community organizations and social service providers. The $25,000 will be allotted to participants according to the percentage of votes each received.

We hope everyone will stop by and welcome Citizens-Union Savings Bank to the North End of New Bedford and, while there, cast a vote for the New Bedford Oceanarium, parent corporation for the Ocean Explorium.
