The Ocean Explorium officially opened full-time to the public today with a ribbon-cutting ceremony attended by the Honorable Scott Lang, Mayor of New Bedford, and Dr. Jean MacCormack, Chancellor of the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth. Channel 10 NBC Providence covered the story.
